Terms of Use

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Neighborhoods (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Product disclosure for video reporting and account enforcement is summarized below and matches our Trust & Safety policy.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and related users as described in product flows.

2. Acceptable use and content

You may not upload or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful. Videos and other materials you submit must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. We may moderate content as described below.

3. Reporting videos

Only registered (logged-in) users may report videos. Reports are reviewed by administrators. The number of flags alone does not remove a video from public view.

4. Reporter strikes and suspensions

False or rejected reports may incur reporter strikes. Three rejected reports result in account suspension: you cannot sign in until an administrator restores access. Suspensions do not expire automatically.

5. Creator warnings, removal, and strikes

Creators may receive warnings that add a strike while the video may remain public. Videos that violate policy may be removed from public view. Three creator strikes within 90 days may lead to account suspension (subject to administrator confirmation where our policy requires it).

6. Account suspension

Suspended accounts cannot sign in until an administrator restores access. The platform may suspend any account indefinitely for any reason. Administrators may suspend or restore accounts at any time. While an account is suspended, that user’s currently public videos are held out of public view; rows and media are retained. When an administrator restores an account, videos held only because of the suspension may return to public view; videos removed for moderation stay out of public view as evidence.

7. Notices of enforcement

When we warn, remove content from public view, suspend, or unsuspend an account, we email the account holder with the action and the decision or reason provided in that notice.

8. Retention after removal or suspension

Content removed from public view or associated with a suspended account may be retained indefinitely for safety, legal, and evidentiary purposes. Public removal is not deletion. Additional detail appears in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support through the contact options published on the Service.
